GP Consultant (Singapore)

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will work independently on the requirements gathering, installation, implementation and maintenance of an ERP solution. The incumbent will document processes, map requirements against functionality and train end-users. He or she must be able to troubleshoot and will also have the capability to work closely with the end-users to implement the solution.

Requirements:

• Diploma or University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Accountancy, or related disciplines;

• Minimum 1 to 2 years’ experience in implementing ERP package especially Microsoft Dynamics GP, or other packages such as Navision, Axapta, Accpac, Sun system, Oracle, SAP, Etc;

• Have good understanding of basic accounting;

• Have experience in Microsoft SQL 2000/2005, have used most of SQL Management Tool such as DTS packages, stored procedures, designing reports in reporting services;

• Possess knowledge of Visual Studio 2005, VB.net, VB 6, Microsoft Office VBA and scripting will be an advantage;

• Strong problem-solving, analytical and implementation skills will be preferred;

• Able to communicate effectively and willingness to work hard to achieve results;

• Singaporeans or Singapore Permanent Residents preferred.
