AI VULNERABILITY ASSESSMENT PENETRATION TESTING

Is your business ready for emerging
AI security risks?

Are your security controls keeping pace?

New AI tools bring new security risks

As organisations adopt Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT and AI-powered business applications, new cybersecurity risks are emerging across sensitive data, user access and connected business systems.

AI systems can access company documents, process confidential information and interact with business applications. Without appropriate security controls, these capabilities could lead to data leakage, unauthorised access or AI-related cyber threats.

At I-Net Dynamics, we help organisations identify AI security vulnerabilities, understand business risks and take practical action to reduce exposure. Our AI penetration testing complements traditional VAPT by addressing threats unique to AI-powered applications.

01

Data leakage

Confidential information exposed through AI tools.

02

Unauthorised access

AI reaching documents and systems it should not.

03

AI-related cyber threats

Attacks unique to AI-powered applications.

What does AI security testing cover?

From custom AI applications and agents to Microsoft Copilot and public AI tools, we tailor our assessments to how your business uses AI—identifying security weaknesses, potential misuse and risks to business data. The scope is agreed upfront, so you know exactly what will be assessed.

01

AI manipulation and prompt injection

Test whether malicious instructions, including indirect prompt injection hidden in external documents or connected data sources, could manipulate AI behaviour.

02

Sensitive data exposure and RAG security

Identify risks involving confidential information, AI knowledge bases, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems and unintended data disclosure.

03

AI agent and application security

Assess whether AI agents, APIs, integrations and connected tools could be misused to access sensitive information or perform unauthorised actions.

04

System prompt and output security

Evaluate potential system prompt leakage and risks arising from insecure handling of AI-generated content.

05

AI access control and governance

Review user permissions, AI access to business information and security controls to identify potential gaps in data protection.

From security findings to practical action

Our cybersecurity team provides confirmed findings with supporting evidence, clear assessments of potential business impact and practical recommendations prioritised by risk. Retesting after remediation is available where included in the agreed scope.

Beyond AI, we also provide Web Application, Infrastructure and Mobile Application VAPT, alongside security governance reviews.

Phishing simulation

Scam numbers fell in 2025. Business email compromise went the other way.

Consumer phishing is being squeezed by bank controls and public awareness. The email that appears to come from your supplier, director or finance manager is not. Most Singapore organisations have never tested whether their people would fall for it.

-24.8%
Total scam cases in 2025, to 41,974
-26.8%
Phishing scams fell to 6,264 cases; losses down 32.8% to S$39.9M
+2.4%
Business email compromise rose to 377 cases
S$35.3M
BEC losses, roughly S$94,000 per case

What is a phishing simulation?

A controlled, authorised exercise where realistic but harmless phishing emails are sent to your own employees. No credentials are stolen and no systems are compromised. The output is a measurement: who opened, who clicked, who entered credentials and, most importantly, who recognised it and reported it.

Lures have also improved. Grammar mistakes and generic greetings are disappearing, replaced by short, accurate messages that reference real projects, vendors and people.

The metric that matters is the report rate

Two sample organisations, illustrative figures
MetricOrg AOrg B
Click rate5%20%
Report rate2%45%
Time to first reportNone4 minutes

Org A looks better and is more dangerous: a quiet workforce and no early warning. Org B's staff flagged the email within minutes.

Run it without causing an incident

01
Get written authorisationA signed scope from the CEO or CIO naming target groups, dates and sending domains. An email thread is not authorisation.
02
Capture the event, never the credentialRecord that a password was submitted. Never store, transmit or display the value, to avoid PDPA problems.
03
Ban cruel luresNo bonus, retrenchment, payroll, disciplinary or bereavement themes.
04
Keep it non-punitiveResults must not feed performance reviews. Say so before and after the exercise.
05
Define data retentionResults are personal data. Set a purpose and retention period, then delete on schedule.
06
Brief the service deskThey receive the reports. If they do not know an exercise is running, real reports get dismissed.

A click rate is half an answer

Knowing 12% of staff clicked tells you about your people, not your environment. When credentials were submitted, did anything raise an alert? Would a sign-in from an unfamiliar network have been flagged or merely logged? Would anyone look at 03:00 on a Sunday?

Our exercises report on both workforce response and detection coverage.

Singapore Phishing Benchmark 2026

The first 30 participating organisations receive a scoped simulation at no cost: up to 100 mailboxes, two lure variants including an AI-personalised one, a full report on response and detection, a 30-minute debrief, and your percentile against your sector.
